ASSESSMENT: FOR HIRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND DEVELOPING THEM

Our evaluations provide an in-depth analysis of an individual during the selection process or in a developmental session. It is our objective to provide an organization with valuable information about that person, bringing into focus his/her strengths, limitations and abilities. A written report is developed which details the individual’s basic intellectual functions, emotional qualities, interpersonal and communication skills, management abilities and factors relating to how they carry out their work. In addition, practical developmental suggestions are provided.

Evaluation sessions are casual and non-threatening. Reports are candid and accurate. Dr. Salemi’s focus is more on "what is" and "how to" than "why." The Developmental Plan offers realistic techniques to the individual and his/her manager to help ensure the best utilization and development of his/her skills.

360 DEGREE ASSESSMENT

In addition to the in-depth evaluation analysis, one-on-one interviews with key constituents are conducted. This data identifies key aspects of the individual for the purpose of assisting in that person’s growth and development.
